2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
PakCasino is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on PakCasino. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PakCasino reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and any remaining balance refunded, but any winnings generated on the account may be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
PakCasino operates primarily for Pakistani players. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using PakCasino is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your province or jurisdiction. 2.3 Registration Information
When creating your PakCasino account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of winnings. You may register only one account at PakCasino. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any additional accounts discovered will be closed.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your PakCasino login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. PakCasino will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is considered your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
3. Account Rules
Each player may hold exactly one active PakCasino account. If PakCasino identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person — identified by shared personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods or other indicators — all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonus funds within them forfeited. The original account may be reinstated at PakCasino's discretion after review.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your PakCasino account, share your login credentials, or operate another person's account on their behalf. PakCasino reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point and to request supporting documentation including CNIC copy, proof of address or payment method ownership.
Players are responsible for all bets placed from their account, whether placed personally or by another person using their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact PakCasino support.
4. Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
PakCasino accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must be funded from a payment source that belongs to you personally. Using payment accounts belonging to another person is prohibited and may trigger an account review.
4.2 Deposit Currency
All deposits at PakCasino are processed and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though PakCasino may apply due diligence checks for large or unusual deposit patterns in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your PakCasino wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases of network delay. If a deposit does not appear in your PakCasino account within one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number.
4.4 Failed Deposits
If a deposit attempt is declined or reversed by your payment provider, PakCasino will not credit your account for the declined amount. If funds are debited from your account but do not appear at PakCasino, this is typically a processing delay. Do not attempt multiple repeat deposits for the same transaction — contact support with your transaction details instead.

5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Processing
Withdrawals at PakCasino are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2–4 working hours during business days. PakCasino does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount at PakCasino is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal for standard verified accounts, though transactions above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification in line with PakCasino's compliance obligations.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
To withdraw winnings, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires a clear copy of your CNIC and confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you. PakCasino reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other policy violations. In such cases, PakCasino will notify the player and provide an explanation within 48 hours.
5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements
Withdrawals may only be made once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. If you attempt to withdraw while active wagering requirements are outstanding on bonus funds, PakCasino will remove the bonus balance and any winnings directly attributable to it, and release the remaining real-money balance for withdrawal.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
PakCasino offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion alongside the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses at PakCasino are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be bet before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Bets placed on different game categories may contribute to wagering at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute at a lower rate. These rates are specified per promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
PakCasino monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising genuine game risk; colluding with other players to share bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have its account suspended.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to your PakCasino account will expire automatically. Free spins must be used within the time frame specified on the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
7. Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed at PakCasino are subject to the platform's right of acceptance. PakCasino reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time and without explanation, particularly where the bet is considered to be in violation of these terms, involves obvious errors in odds, or is placed following the outcome of an event already being publicly known.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. The current applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a bet. PakCasino may at any time change stake limits for individual markets, games, or player accounts. Limits applied to specific accounts are not disclosed publicly but will be communicated to the affected player on request.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or clearly incorrect pricing, PakCasino reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period. This includes but is not limited to: live betting markets that failed to update correctly, jackpot amounts that displayed incorrectly due to a system error, and crash game rounds that were interrupted by a technical fault. In such cases, original stakes will be returned to the player's PakCasino wallet.
7.4 Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules
For cricket and football betting at PakCasino: markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are treated as void unless a result has been formally declared. In-play bets are accepted up to the moment PakCasino suspends the market — any bets submitted after market suspension will be rejected, not queued. 8. Game Rules & Fairness
All casino games available at PakCasino — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and Aviator — are supplied by third-party game providers who hold valid gaming licences and whose random number generators (RNGs) are certified by independent testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game reflect the independently certified long-run payout rate and are not manipulated by PakCasino.
Crash games at PakCasino, including Aviator, operate on a provably fair basis. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic process combining a server seed and a client seed before the round begins. Players can verify any completed round using the fairness verification tool available within each crash game. PakCasino has no ability to alter the outcome of a round after its seed has been generated.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or crash game round, PakCasino's servers maintain the bet status. Where an auto cash-out target was set, it will execute automatically if reached regardless of whether the player's device is connected at that moment. Manual bets that are active when a disconnection occurs will be settled according to the game's outcome — PakCasino cannot hold, pause or replay a round due to a player's connectivity issues.
9. Responsible Gaming
PakCasino is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform's responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion — are available directly within account settings and can be activated by any player at any time.
Deposit limit increases require a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately. Session time limits activate at the configured duration and log the player out automatically. Self-exclusion permanently prevents access to the player's account for the duration specified — PakCasino cannot override a self-exclusion early at the player's request. If you are in a self-exclusion period and find you are able to access your account due to a technical error, contact support immediately.

10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PakCasino and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or using PakCasino if you are under 18 years of age.
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Operating more than one PakCasino account simultaneously.
- Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with PakCasino's platform in any way.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.

- Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits that have already been wagered, commonly known as "friendly fraud."
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing on behalf of another person.

11. Account Suspension & Closure
PakCasino reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame after request; suspicious financial activity that triggers anti-money laundering review; a player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure; or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, PakCasino may forfeit any remaining balance where that balance is connected to the breach — for example, bonus funds obtained through abuse, or winnings generated using a prohibited betting strategy. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the original payment method where feasible.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their PakCasino account can do so by contacting support at support@pakcasino.bet. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is finalised.
12. Privacy & Data
PakCasino collects and processes personal data as described in the PakCasino Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
PakCasino collects personal data including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment details and gaming activity records for the following purposes: account management; payment processing; identity verification and fraud prevention; responsible gaming compliance; and customer support. PakCasino does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All data held by PakCasino is stored using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Transmission of sensitive data between your device and PakCasino's servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. 13. Liability Limits

Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. PakCasino will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.
PakCasino's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. PakCasino accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of profits, emotional distress or third-party claims arising from use of the platform.
PakCasino is not responsible for any loss of data or winnings arising from a player's own device failure, mobile network interruption or local power outage during an active gaming session. Players are encouraged to use stable connections for live casino and crash game sessions.
14. Changes to These Terms
PakCasino reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PakCasino will notify registered players by email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and non-material edits may be made without prior notice.
